Exact time for Echoes on Console

Between statements referencing Pacific Daylight Time and Pacific Standard Time, and the countdown that has appeared on my PoE login screen on the xbox which looks like it's pointing to one or two o'clock Pacific [something] Time even though I'm east coast... I've gotten mixed up.
Can someone official please state in UTC what time Echoes will launch for Consoles on 20 January? Some of us need to figure out on how much time to plan on taking off work :) Last bumped on Jan 11, 2021, 9:07:06 PM
